Network error : 4 socket operation timed out

I have recently installed FSRealWXv3 for the first time with FSX.
Installation seems OK, I can start FSRealWX after having placed my aircraft at EBAW on a parking spot.
Now I click 'Download WX' and the program says 'Network error : 4 socket operation timed out'.
What did I wrong, or what can possibly be wrong at my system?

Meanwhile I found myself the solution for that problem. The program sterts now, and can download the Metar, but then stops and tells:JovID: 1JobName: Connect Finished, Error: 1 and down under is marked: wait for connection to FS
I do'nt know what I should do now…

FSrealWX is waiting for a connection to FSX / P3D / FSrealWX-Bridge / XPrealWX.
Which sim do you use?
in Options -> Interface you can set the connection type.

For FS9 / FS2004 -> FSUIPC
For FSX / P3D -> SimConnect

I have both Simconnect and FSUIPC... Which is better to choose?

And I have FSX

SimConnect.
The set path to FSX and select in "Weather" -> "Weather file".
Click "Download" and "Connect"

I have Windows 10 with FSX and Simconnect, and try to start FSrealWX, but it seems not to work. I'm certainly doing something wrong, but what? I do'nt know….
Weather downloading is not a problem, but when it has been downloaded, the program stops and tells me 'waiting for connection yo FS'
Did I noy install Simvonect correctly?.. I did install the three items simconnect one after the other RTM - SP1 - XPACK.

Is there somewhereon the net a step by step tutorial on how to start FSRealWX ?

Try to start both with admin rights. FSrealWX and FSX. Then Click "Connect" in FSrealWX

Same result as before.
Should I have license? I do'nt.
