Cannot Start FSrealWX

hello. I downloaded FSrealWX but upon trying to start the program, it gives me this error: "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" the second error It gives me is the same except it is for VCRUNTIME140.dll. I have had the problem before and I think it was because of the runtime library. however I reinstalled this and it did nothing. any ideas? thanks. I am running FS2004 and windows 10 64bit

Refinement. A 64-bit system requires both 32-bit and 64-bit libraries. Download better hence.
