Thunderstorm CB was created by ydp2007

Hello. Can I make an option: Prevent Thunderstorms When CB Reported. When there is a strong thunderstorm in METAR CB in FS2004, but in reality it is only Sat cloudiness and there may not be a thunderstorm. Thunderstorm should be when there is a thunderstorm in METAR.
