FSrealWX not connected

Just a note for simmers having the message not connected ...

I downloaded the newer FSUIPC version and it could'nt connect to FSX. I tried FSrealWX / Options / interface and no interface was selected. I picked FSUIPC and immediatly got connected.

It's the same for me, I just tried last version V2 and no connection with simconnect , FSUIPC is not install

just do what I did : In FSrealWX / Options / Interface and pick Simmconnect .. You should get connected immediatly. In fact it should work for any interface, just pick the right one for you.

Please install FSUIPC. With Simconnect and FSUIPC can you use Direct Wind Control.

It works now with simconect only (I don't like FSUIPC) ; perhaps your server ? Ok I don't understand because when I wrote my first post, I was on simconect too; but never mind thank's you for your help, I 'm going to test now.

Sorry if there was an Answer allready, but I couldn`t find it. I also have troubles with the connect issue. I will attach a Pic of my Error. Maybe I´m to stupid to get it. :blush: :blush: I tried no almost everthing I could think of.

Your Sim is XPlane.
You also need to install XPrealWX plugin in XPlane.
Please read the manual.

Hi there

I did "RTFM" and all the files are installed where they should be. In Xplane it also says Server started. I also got Xpuipc just in Case. Xpreal is also where it should be. . I also tried switching the IPs you have in the Manual Used Admin settings and disabled the Firewall with no luck. Thanks for your Answer in the first Place. Sorry for my English as it is not my Native Language.

XPUIPC is not required. FSrealWX Interface also set to FS-Bridge / Xplane?

Yep. All as it is written in the Manual retc.. I triet also all other setings . Please have a look at the Screen shot.
