FSX with FSrealWX - boot not fine -

Good morning
I would like to ask a question:
when I start the FSREALWX
it doesn't always start well, i.e. it doesn't seem to recognize my account made with ".... as per attached file.
This has been happening quite often lately, so I'm forced to start over several times before he presents the regular start and recognizes all the steps..... Why does this happen?
(My system is now Supermicro Windows 10 PC with FSX + FSrealWXv3.0)
Otherwise everything is ok

FSrealWX probably cannot establish a connection to Flightplandatabase. However, this error has no effect on FSrealWX unless you use the route editor.
