Multiple problems with FSrealWX3

I'm sorry to say that I'm disappointed with this product. Having used FSrealWX Lite for many years with minimal problems until about 6 months ago when it would crash while trying to download Wx. So I decided that i didn't mind paying for the updated product which I've been trying to use with FSX Sp2
The first issue was trying to use FSrealWX 3 on a "30 day free trial". I changed a couple of settings and bang, it said the free trial was over and I needed to purchase the key which I did.
Since then it has only worked consistently for a couple of days. I've only used it from YBSU and expect to use metars from YBBN BUT that only happens intermittently. Instead I get "LAND" with metars from YSSY and even as far away as Tontouta. I try inputting YBBN metar but it updates back to whatever "LAND" station it wants. I also have an issue with wind. I have Littlenavmap set to source wx from FSX and it shows the same wind as the METAR sometimes but the FSX info line and ATIS can give 180 deg difference so somehow the wind is getting through to Littlenavmap but not completely in FSX.
Another issue is that despite supposedly having 3 sources of weather, Vatsim is the only one from which I can download.
I would really like these issues fixed as it's unacceptable in payware. By comparison Littlenavmap is a very complex and reliable program and is completely free.

I've just now tried it again and it's working perfectly without me changing any settings.
So this is my point.. it is completely unreliable, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
So what I did differently is open FsrealWX3 first then FSX and once the sim was settled I hit the connect button, it then downloaded and applied the correct YBBN wx. BUT the next update didn't happen. "no metars founded switch to another source" which of course it didn't find.

Found this to reply. Same issues here. Twice now this week I've tried a cross country flight. Departure was fine. Weather was as reported. Then from descent into approach the weather was completely opposite of what the metar is reporting. Opposite direction winds. Cloudy vs clear. And reloading the app, and or clearing out the weather, does not fix the issue. Once it's set, it's set. Not sure where it's getting the bad info from, but it's consistently wrong. Which is interesting.

U/ Currently on the ground at KSFO, current metar copied from the app is "KSFO 260056Z 27006KT 10SM FEW025 BKN043 BKN065 OVC150 14/04 A2995 RMK AO2 SLP141 T01390044", however, the winds at the field, from my HUD are 097 degrees, 161kts, and increasing. Red text shows winds are 97 Mag @ 99 kts. Not sure what's going on. Sim time is 26 Apr 25, 0132Z (fast by 10 minutes). This is using the FsRealWX 3.0 paid with FSUIPC.
