XpReal not work Error Code 127 was created by Simo marin

The XpReal plugin is not activated in xplane 12, v12.1.4 r3, I attach log .txt and txt with the problem that appears in the log for not loading the plugin in the simulator, I use the latest versions of the program and the plugin.
