WX not update as flight progresses in v3 beta

With FSX running I loaded FSralWXv3 and the data file is:

I check folders and they there is no info in any of those folders except for the temp folder which contains " [Version] fsrealwxv3=3.01.1301 [UpdateInfo] info=nix

After manually selecting "download wx" the file becomes:

message at the bottom of the page is "wait for connection to FS"
No weather is displayed. I moved the aircraft in FS to another location and no weathr is sent to FS
Using FSUIPC4.949p and it is active in FS
With FSrealWXv3 running as above, I closed and reloaded FSX and still no connection.
I closed V3 and loaded v2.04.863 and is downloaded wx right away and connected. shows FSX -SimConnect Version: 10.0.61259.0 and running properly.

I do not see any error in the attempt to connect.

Did you set the interface correctly and click on "Connect"?

The interface is correct: copied direct from v2 and checked.
There is no "connect" selection" that I see and no auto connect selection as in v2. I will delete all of v3 and download a new file and see what happens. Maybe something is missing.

CONNECTION PROBLEM SOLVED: I completly removed the original downloaded file and deleted everything in the FXrealWXv3 folder; downloaded a new file and now the Connect/Disconnect tab appears. When loaded with FSX running, I selected "connect" and "Download WX" all okay for the airport where I was located: KAHN.
Next, I flew to KATL not far away and displayed WX remains at KAHN. This was the original problem I had.
Weather download continues to show download in 15min -- it does not change and show Weather update in 600s and never changes.

Next i moved the aircraft to a new location, KMXF, and weather still shows KAHN WX.

Settings in Weather are:
Source is NOAA
Direct Wind Control set 1/s and 1kn/s
Weather mode is Direct
Coulds and Visibilty are default settings.

Also, selecting "Set WX" has no effect at but when "download WX" is selected wx changes to the new location, download time indicator now is changing and weather update is changing. I moved aircraft to a new location, WX changed on FSX screen but in FSXrealWX screen it still shows wx for the last location many miles away.

Try to close FSrealWXv3, in the program directory clear the folder "temp" In my case path "C:\Program Files (x86)\FSrealWX 3.0\tmp" then run the program again. I got the same problem and solved it that way.

Emptying the tmp file worked but only for a short distance - about 100nm and picked up 3 weather reports. after that, the 15 min timer went down to 3 min and the weather update dropped to 180s then stopped with no additional downloads or wx updates. Restarted the program and re=loaded WX and reset the WX. Timers then remained at 15 min and 900 sec. Tried deleting all info in the tmp file and re-starting the program -- no change.... tried deleting the file, down loading wx and re-setting WX and time move to 14 minutes and 873s -- no further change and no additional wx updates. Reloaded v2.04.863 and it works fine.

I just noticed when I loaded v2 it connected via SimConnect version 10.0.61259.0. V3 is connecting to FSUIPC
