at the moment the Debug is scrolling with the same Job ID 4 and Job ID 33 Finished, weather down load in 11 mins do I have to wait until the weather has downloaded?

The weather data is first loaded into the FSrealWX program, then transferred to P3D. it is Transmitted as you configured in the "Weather" tab, either directly or via a file. How are you set up? If you tick " Display notification ass Massage "in the" General " tab, you will see a running line about weather loading in 3D. This will be a sign that the weather has loaded normally.

Do I assume that the Debug is running all the time where is the general tab? is there a manual I can download and study and is it best to start the sim and then FSrealWX

The manual is located in the same folder where the program is installed, called "FSrealWX_manuel.pdf". If you click the "Start" button, there is a shortcut to the manual in the folder with The fsrealwx program shortcut.
