Bug Windy and Temperature

When flying, temperature and wind are not performed correctly in the simulator.
If using the direct mode there is no wind action in flight but it has the correct temperature.
If you use the Weather File mode, the wind works but the temperature does not.
How to solve this?
I use FSX STEAM.

Change the weather source. From NOAA to VATSIM, for example.

The error still persists, in addition you can see in the image the wind discrepancy reported for the one applied in the simulator.

This is really a strange behavior of the program, you can understand, perhaps, only by seeing the program log. Please send it to us.

how to proceed to get the log and send?

The log is located on the path specified in the settings, tab "General", FSrealWX Documents. The file is called fsrealwxv3. log. You can attach the file to a message, or send it by mail, as you like.

Okay, I'm sending the log of the phase of a flight, the images also show the differences between the direct mode and the weather file.As you can see between the two there are differences between temperatures and winds.If using Direct Mode it has no wind action but it has a temperature action, if using weather file mode it has wind action but it does not have a temperature correction action.
