Maybe you just don't have simconnect working, try reinstalling it or connecting via FSUIPC, but only FSUIPC, without simconnect.

You have to request the money back via simmarket, then I have to confirm that.
You can also install Teamviewer and we will make an appointment.
If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.
