Duration of weather message was created by flugmatz

Hi, I've set the above duration to 50sec- it's still only one second, even less I feel. Any idea?

I changed mine from the defauly (10 sec?) to 20 sec and I still get about 5 seconds.

Well, its a case for the developers. They want to SELL the tool I guess ;-)
