Sim Connect or FSUIPC was created by Lillard

How should I connect? Should I use FSUIPC or SimConnect? I do not have the paid version of FSUIPC.
I have version v2.01.221.RC2.

Also I have noticed that using the 737NGX I sometimes get overspeeds and turbulence. I have set the turbulence to 0.

For FSX use SimConnect and FSUIPC. The third item in list.

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.
