If I use Simconnect to push weather from FSrealWX to FSX at regular intervals, can I also use another application (e.g. OpenTrack or FTNOIR) that needs Simconnect?

Yes.
SimConnect can work with more clients.

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.
