Get error code 740 (Requires Elevation) when inst. was created by raphillips5

Hello. I just downloaded FSrealEXv2. When extracting the zip file, I get an error code 740 (requires elevation). I am not too familiar with the files in FSX. Any help would be appreciated. Is there a manual or instructions?
