Miscompare Weather Environment

Issue: FS9 and FS Real Wx Pro
Client Ver: v2.04.863
Weather Server Ver: v2.00.01
I have 2 FSUIPC programs
Unregistered version 3.999z8
Registered copy: Will not connect to FS9, I use Unregistered it connects to FS9

Weather does not display what FSrealWX Pro downloads at departure airport. I get sunny and broken clouds when it should be overcast. I always get Baro Pressure 29.91.

I tested the real wx program by departing from Rapid City South Dakota to Huron South Dakota 209 nm. This area is impacted by blizzard and snow conditions. Howver it was sunny and broken clouds.

I do my flight plan in FS9 and load for flight.
I minimize screen-I run FSrealWX Pro (as administrator).
Download Wx and my location is displayed and the weather remarks are displayed.
I keep FSreal open and I go back to full screen with FS9 I see the green bar at top with updated wx but it just does'nt display the correct weather environment.

Any suggestions
