Blank Screen on Demo Software was created by YMA286

I'm evaluating the Pro software on my P3D, so it's still within the 20 day period.
When I first installed it I was able to access all the screens and facilities. Now when I activate it, it clearly does add weather to the sim, but the FSrealWX screen remains blank.

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.

I can't. The product icon is on the lower taskbar as being operative, if I hover the cursor over it it creates a small screen of the product over the taskbar, but will not expand to full screen, no matter what I try.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail.
