Hello "Sillo"
Now, I changed my FSX by XPlane10-25 and yesterday I tested your new XP Plugin with FSRealWX 098 version (pro). I use only one PC (W7/64) and Fsuipc not registered for the commuting. I receive all the wheather datas and the update are OK.
But, I noted an trouble with the XP interpretation. On the plane, the wind values not correspond.
IE: FL310, TAS 492, GS 498, HdG 189, vw 226/24 read on the FSReal datas
and
FL310, TAS 492, GS 498, HdG 189, Vw 109/12 read on the MFD.
It seems the XP datas, like the wind and clouds too, not follow the FSR datas. I stopped the XP internet wheater engine and selected sky clear to verify my theory !! Confirmed.
FSRealWX is loaded in "Program Files", like XP. FSUIPC is in the same disk, but separated.
Many thanks for your developper advice. Kind regards.

Do you use XPlane 10? with FSUIPC?

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.

Good evening "Sillo"
Yes I use it !! I have no other choice without other PC. Only this two choice on the settings: FSUIPC or "Client/Server". Really, I don't understand, because XPlane is using XPUIPC . May be we can't use only an single PC ?? However, your "wiki" say :
"You can run FSrealWX on the computer with Xplane or FSrealWX run on a remote computer.". Sorry, I maybe do an mistake..?? If I use "server" option, the system no can find the server and search is continue. My server window is exactly the same as your example. Have a good night. Kind regards. Jean-Louis.

Please dont use XUIPC.
FSrealWX is a weather generator for XPlane.
Choose "client / server" in FSrealWX and choose your port and IP.
In your case, 127.0.0.1 for local and for the Port 23500.
Install XPrealWX in your xplane plugin folder and selectg "Start Server", see wiki.
Then FSrealWX is connected with XPlane. Click "Download WX" in FSrealWX and the rest is done automatically.

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.

Hello "Sillo",
Ooops !! I had wrote an bad port...25300 vs 23500 !! The system is OK now. Perfect, congratulations and many thanks for us, users. An suggestion: could you precise to select "no réal MTO" during the XP initialisation ?? I noted FSRWX is using the function "manual settings" and overwrite it. I checked 2 MTO and the difference Metar / DWC in flight. Each time, the plane has correctly display the values. Good plugin, a great thank to you. Jean-Louis.
Note: some french XP simers seems not understand the plugin use and said "Why?" The native from XP is good"... No comment !! Me, I used FSRWX with FSX and I know the quality.
The screen is exactly the MTO this morning in LFBO: mist !!!

I was wondering if the final release version of the plugin for Xplane10 will support DWC? That would be nice since sudden metar wind changes at altitude can cause severe disruption of smooth level flight.

Hi,
I hope so !! Because I'm very surprised by this trouble and more, often times the plane is uncontrolable when the MTO is hard. I informed "Sillo" and with the next update getting be good. Cheers...
