I bought FSRealWX but there's no tutorial on how to run it on XPlane 12

Please assist if you can. 
I don't know how to run the program.

I used this program for years and never had issues with it, but after X-Plane 12 had been out for about a year, it started crashing when I tried to use it.
Make sure the ports match.
Now, the weather server still connects and downloads the weather, but when I launch server plugin in X-Plane 12.1, the weather program and it's plugin crashes to desktop. I don't know if this is still being updated or not, but I haven't heard about it either way.
The weather in X-Plane 12 has been changing a LOT lately. If it did still work, I'm not sure I'd need it because the real weather in X-Plane 12.1 is getting so much better than it ever has been.
